Holders of certain subordinated notes (the noteholders and the notes) of Wyatt, Inc., a Chapter 11 debtor (the debtor), have attempted to obtain post-trial discovery, including several depositions and a request for production of documents, in aid of their motion for reconsideration of the court’s disal-lowance of their claims and for a new trial on the debtor’s objection to their claims.
