TUTTLE, Chief Judge:
This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the trial court without a jury against the directors of an FHA Housing Project corporation to be applied upon a deficiency judgment which resulted from a foreclosure of the FHA mortgage.
The basic, undisputed, facts are as follows: Simmons Gardens, Inc, an Alabama corporation whose sole asset was title to a Section 608 (Title VI of National Housing Act), housing project located in Tuskeegee, Alabama, consisting of 60 rental units, was incorporated in 1949.
