MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
JOYNER, District Judge.
This Title VII/Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”) action has been brought before the Court by the Defendant, Hector Olmo, to dismiss the plaintiffs complaint against him for Plaintiffs failure to exhaust administrative remedies. For the reasons outlined below, the motion is granted in part and the plaintiffs claims against Mr. Olmo in his personal capacity are dismissed.
