Respondent Agostinho Dias Reis was admitted to the practice *278of law in the State of New York by the First Judicial Department on July 8, 1976. The Departmental Disciplinary Committee does not'believe that respondent maintains an office for the practice of law within the State.

By motion dated January 23, 2001, the Committee seeks an order, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 603.4 (e) (1) (i) and (iii), immediately suspending respondent from the practice of law on the grounds of his willful failure to cooperate with the Committee’s investigation and other uncontested evidence of…
