Plaintiff alleges that it is the owner in fee of 160 acres of land situated in .S.tutsman county, described as follows: .The N 34 of the N E and the S E 34 °f the N E 34 > and the N E 34 of the S E of section 12, township 140, range.63 — and that the defendants claim certain estates, interests, liens, and incumbrances upon the same adversely to the plaintiff.
