This is an appeal from the superior court of Okmulgee county from a judgment and sentence rendered on the 8th day of July, 1921, based upon the verdict of a jury finding the defendant guilty of the crime of obtaining money by means of a certain false and bogus check, and assessing his punishment at three years and six months in the state penitentiary.
