The Mississippi Power & Light Company, by its original and supplemental bills, sought, in the Chancery Court of Tate County, an injunction against the Town of Coldwater, North Central Mississippi Electric Power Association, a corporation, and Woodruff Electric CoOperative Corp., a corporation, to prevent the consummation of certain alleged illegal proceedings 'already had and about to be had in connection with the acquisition by the Town of an electric distribution system. A temporary injunction was issued.

The answers of the defendants denied in detail the material allegations of the bills.
