The bill in this cause was filed by the appellant, the- Alabama Power Company, against the city of Guntersville, Ala., and the mayor and councilmen of the city, seeking to enjoin the construction by the city of an electric distribution system, and the issuance and sale of bonds, or other securities, for the purpose of using the proceeds thereof for the construction of the proposed electric distribution system in the city of Guntersville, Ala., and from executing or otherwise entering into any agreement to such end, and, further, that the court enjoin defendant from proceeding…
