This was an action for damages by the plaintiff-passenger of an automobile against the driver, Raymond Avelar, and the Transcontinental Bus System, Inc., and its public liability insurance carrier, arising out of a collision when the automobile was driven onto U. S. Highway 81 in front of the oncoming bus. The jury answered special questions and, by general verdict, found in favor of the defendants.
