This is an adversary action to declare that the proposed sale of this Chapter 13 debtor’s residential property originally held by the debtor, Dolores Rouse, and her non-debtor husband, Arthur Rouse, as tenants by the entirety, and now held by the debtor in fee simple, be declared free and clear of certain liens filed against the husband alone while he held his entirety interest.
