MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER CONFIRMING FIFTH PLAN OF REORGANIZATION
PHILIP PRATT, District Judge.
On December 11, 1984, this Court withdrew the reference to the Bankruptcy Court of the Chapter 11 proceedings in this matter. 1 On December 14, 1984, the Court approved the Fourth Amended Disclosure Statement and scheduled the hearing on the confirmation of the Fifth Amended Plan of Reorganization for January 23, 1985.
