BANNING, District judge.

At the first meeting of the creditors of the. bankrupt, 32 creditors, holding claims aggregating the sum of $19,136.41, voted in person for Dr. Harry H. Grace as trustee. At-more & Sons, creditors to the amount of $160.90, by their attorney W. T. Read, and Barber & Perkins, creditors to the amount of $674.72, by their attorney j. E. Borton, and 32 other creditors, whose claims aggregated $4,135.45, by their attorney W. E. French, voted for the same trustee.
