Aaron McIntyre has filed an interlocutory appeal as of right from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County that denied McIntyre’s motion for immunity in the action filed against him, Alma Forsyth and unnamed other defendants by Pennsbury Village Associates, LLC (PVA) claiming breach of contract, tortious interference with contractual relationship and conspiracy arising out of a Stipulation entered into between the parties, Pennsbury Township and others to resolve land use appeals from a conditional use approval of PVA’s development plan.
