OPINION
MOORE, Justice.
This appeal arises from the trial court’s award of attorney’s fees under Rule 82, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure, to two parties in a multiparty suit. Paul and Arlene Myers (the Myers), raise three issues on appeal.
