Robert Blair, Dee Moulton, and Levi Maloy were indicted for killing Otis Kendrick; the indictment charging them with murder in the first degree. They demanded a severance, which was granted by the court, and each was tried separately. Dee Moulton was found guilty by the jury of murder in the second degree, and his punish-, ment was fixed at 15 years in the penitentiary.
