BARNEY, Judge.

Jerry Lee Mitchell (Defendant) appeals from a jury verdict which found him guilty of first degree murder. 1 The Circuit Court of Christian County sentenced Defendant to the Missouri Department of Corrections for a term of life without eligibility for parole or probation. We affirm.

Defendant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction for first degree murder. This Court is required to review the facts, evidence and all reasonable inferences therefrom in the light most favorable to the verdict. State v. Butler, 951 S.W.2d 600, 604 (Mo. banc 1997). We…
