This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered on March 28, 1988, by the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas against the appellant, John Smagala, follow*469ing his conviction on the charges of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to deliver,1 possession of a controlled substance,2 possession of drug paraphernalia 3 and possession of a firearm without a license.4 Instantly, the appellant argues that the trial court erroneously denied his motion to suppress certain items of evidence on the ground that the evidence was seized as a result of an illegal…
