Plaintiff Judith Hizer is suing her former employer, the South Bend Tribune, for failing to accommodate her disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). She also alleges that the Defendant termihated her employment because of her disability and in retaliation for asserting her rights under the ADA and *990other federal statutes.
