MEMORANDUM DECISION

CHRISTENSEN, Senior District Judge.

This action was filed by plaintiffs for themselves and for the benefit of all persons who were engaged in the retail sale of petroleum products during the period January 1, 1965, through December 31, 1968, and who at any time during that period used Gold Strike stamps. In general, the complaint alleges that the Gold Strike Stamp Company (now Awards Marketing Corporation) has been operating its trading stamp program in a manner which discriminates against petroleum retailers who dispense the stamps.
