One judgment was rendered below by a special judge sustaining the several motions of appellees for discharge upon indictments in three cases charging them with embezzlement of large amounts of public funds while they were acting as deputy clerks of the Municipal Court of Marion County from January 1, 1935 to January 1, 1939.
