Appellant, the Indiana Real Estate Commission, seeks review of a Lake Superior Court order wherein the court ruled that appellee’s real estate broker’s license was improperly revoked and ordered it reinstated. On this appeal, appellant argues essentially that the trial court was without jurisdiction over the cause and erred in its findings of fact and conclusions of law. Although appellee was granted an extension of time in which to file a brief, he has failed to do so and this cause is now ripe for our consideration.
