GARDNER, Chief Judge.
This was an action brought by Ap-pellee Joyce Anderson as plaintiff against the Appellant to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by her as the result of a collision between a pickup truck in which she was riding and a heavily loaded truck and trailer unit owned, maintained and operated by Glendenning Motorways, Inc.,- Appellant herein. The. collision resulting in.the injuries to Miss Anderson occurred on U. S. Highway No. 12 at a point about four miles west of Hammond in. the state of Wisconsin.
