DUNKLIN, Justice.

On the 16th day of October, 1931, the Nu-Enamel Paint Company, as seller, entered into a contract in writing with M. V. Davis, denominated as distributor, by the terms of which the seller appointed Davis “as the authorized Distributor for Nu-Enamel Products in the following territory, for a period ■of one year with renewal rights hereinafter specified.
