This a wrongful death and survival action resulting from injuries Neville Motts allegedly suffered on February 15, 1998 while serving as Chief Engineer aboard the MW GREEN WAVE. Mr. Motts ultimately perished on March 20, 1998, and, thus, Plaintiff, Mr. Motts’ wife, brings this case on her own behalf and as personal representative of Mr. Motts’ estate.
