{¶ 1} Defendant, Carl C. Schaefer, appeals from a judgment ofthe domestic relations division of the court of common pleasfinding him in contempt of temporary orders the court hadissued. {¶ 2} Plaintiff, Ethel M. Schaefer, commenced the underlyingaction for divorce against Carl C. Schaefer on February 12, 2003.The matter was referred to the court's magistrate.
