The controversy in this case followed the granting of a receivership for the Third National Company, a brokerage concern, incorporated in Missouri, its office being located in the city of St. Louis. One Tom Wells had been its manager and ruling spirit up to the time of his death. Thereafter its sales manager, Harry E. Parsons, filed his petition, on the 30th day of July, 1934, in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, asking inter alia, for the appointment of a receiver for said corporation, which, after a hearing, was granted and Walter F.
