SMITH, Judge.
Jerome C. Cartwright (Cartwright) appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Wayne County which dismissed Cartwright’s appeal from the one-year suspension of his operating privileges imposed by the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT), for his refusal to submit to a blood test, pursuant to Section 1547(b) of the Vehicle Code (Code), as amended, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1547(b). 1 The order of the trial court is affirmed. 2
