¶ 1. A DeSoto County Circuit Court jury found John Gales guilty of possessing 250 pills 1 containing pseudoephedrine and/or ephedrine knowing, or under circumstances where one reasonably should know, that the pseudoephedrine and/or ephedrine would be used to unlawfully manufacture a controlled substance in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 41-29-313 (Rev.2005).
