COURSE OF PROCEEDING
Bank Iowa (“Bank” or “Plaintiff’) filed this adversary proceeding pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 523(a)(2) to contest the dis-chargeability of obligations owing to it by the Debtor which arise under his personal guaranties of business debts. Trial was conducted on August 30, 2011. The Bank was represented by its counsel John M. Bouslog and Michael S. Eganhouse.
