This is a property damage action arising out of a three-car collision. Plaintiff-appellee Taylor filed suit against defendant-appellant Matthews seeking judgment for property damage rendered to his vehicle. Appellant Matthews answered and filed a counterclaim against appellee Taylor seeking judgment for property damage to his vehicle.
