Defendant was tried, together with a co-defendant, and convicted of burglary and sentenced to serve six years in the penitentiary. Defendant appeals. Held:
1. During his incarceration the defendant confessed or made an admission which was sufficient to show that he was involved in the burglary along with two other persons.
