Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (Berry, J, at plea; Rosenwasser, J, at sentence), rendered June 24, 2002, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts), criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
