This is an action to determine which of two connecting carriers is liable for losses resulting from an accident occurring while goods were being delivered from the shipper to the consignee.

The dispute on this appeal is between the insurers for the two carriers, appellant Travelers Indemnity Co. and appellee Royal Insurance Co. Appellant’s insured, Sea-train Lines of Puerto Rico, Inc.
