Plaintiff brought this action to recover against defendant for property damage and personal injury sustained as the result of a collision in Seattle between a motorcycle operated by the former and an automobile operated by the latter, whose negligence is admitted. In bar of the action, defendant alleged six acts of contributory negligence by plaintiff, one of which was failure to keep on motorcycle a sufficiently lighted head lamp required by statute.
