At the hearing of this cause before Judge Harrill, the following evidence was offered by defendant and later excluded by Judge Harrill:

“Defendant testified that Anthony Brian Myers was born on the 16th day of July, 1965; that plaintiff and defendant were not married to each other at the time; that they thereafter married on the 7th day of March, 1971.
