SHIELDS, Judge.

The State of Indiana (State) appeals the trial court’s grant of a new trial upon a jury verdict of zero damages in its condemnation action against Normandy Farms (Normandy). State alleges the trial court erred in the following:(1) Failure to enter judgment on the verdict;(2) Denial of State’s Motion to Reform and Perfect the Verdict;(3) Grant of relief upon a premature Motion to Correct Errors; and(4) Grant of a new trial.

We affirm.
