Laurina Price appeals from a judgment dismissing her employment discrimination claim brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101-12213, and from the denial of her motion for reconsideration. 1 Her complaint alleged that S-B Power Tool (Skil) 2 terminated her employment because she suffers from epilepsy.
