OPINION

LATCHUM, Senior District Judge.

This is a civil rights action brought by plaintiff, W. Mae Bruton (“Bruton”), against defendant, The Diamond State Telephone Company (“Diamond State”), under Title YII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e, et seq. The Act prohibits an employer from discriminating in the hiring, payment, or treatment of employees on the basis of their religion.1 Bruton alleges that Diamond State has breached the Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) which settled a previous charge of discrimination filed by her against Diamond State.
