DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, Brush Wellman, Inc., commenced this original action in mandamus seeking an order compelling respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order awarding R.C. 4123.56(B) wage loss compensation from December 12, 2003 to April 3, 2004 to claimant, Christina M. Moomey, and to enter an order denying said compensation.
