Jones Motor Co., Inc. (“Jones Motor”) initiated this action against Teledyne, Inc. (“Teledyne”) and the United States Government (“United States”) to recover unpaid transportation charges of $62,100.00 for 54 shipments of tank engine parts shipped by Jones Motor at Teledyne’s request from Muskegon, Michigan, to the harbor at Bal*491timore, Maryland.
