November 22, 1944, Farnsworth & Ruggles, Inc., and Morris Benetar and Tessie Benetar filed similar petitions to the superior court for writs of mandate to compel the California Employment Stabilization Commission under California Unemployment Insurance Act, section 41.1 to furnish them with itemized statements showing the charges and credits to their reserve accounts, the balance thereof, and their contribution rate for the period of January 1, 1941, to June 30, 1941, inclusive.
