CHIPMAN, Judge.

Defendant Steven Pier was found guilty by a jury of possession of marijuana in an amount in excess of thirty (30) grams. 1 On appeal, Pier challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction.

Reversed.

The evidence most favorable to the State shows that on May 6, 1978, at approximately 8:00 p. m., defendant Pier was arrested on an unrelated assault and battery charge while standing in front of a duplex located at 1728 South Bell Street in Kokomo, Indiana.
