This suit was brought by an employee of the Memphis Street Railway Company to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by him in a collision between two cars. There was a judgment for the plaintiff below, which, with a remittitur, was affirmed by the Court of Civil Appeals. The street railway company brought the case to this court by certiorari and it has been argued here.
