This is an appeal from a conviction of armed robbery. The assignments of error center around whether certain confessions and admissions were properly admitted in evidence.
*485The defendant, John C. Stanley, and a companion were arrested at 10:15 p.m., by the state patrol some 10 or 15 minutes after the armed robbery of a service station.
