Per Curiam,

This case is before us on appeal from a decree of the Orphans’ Court of Montgomery County dismissing exceptions to the adjudication in the estate of Jessie L. Gill, deceased. Appellant seeks to recover part of the proceeds of a number of policies of insurance on the life of her husband, R. Walter Peterson, paid at his death to the estate of Jessie L. Gill, who in her lifetime had received the policies by assignment from the estate of Harrison S. Gill, her husband.
