H. B. Cline sued Martin Morales for $3,500, being the balance alleged to- be due him as a commission for services rendered in bringing about the exchange of Morales 90,000 acres of land in Mexico, known as El Carmen, for a five-story hotel building and lot in the city of Muskogee, Okl., and for $800, alleged to be due him as attorney’s fees, and $65 alleged to have been paid by Mm at Morales’ request for stenographic work.
