DECISION AND ORDER

CARLA E. CRAIG, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of the Chapter 13 Trustee seek ing dismissal of this Chapter 13 case based on the rule, adopted by a majority of the courts which have considered this issue, that simultaneous cases relating to the same debtor may not be maintained (even if under different chapters of the Bankruptcy Code). For the reasons set forth herein, the motion is granted.
