BOYLE, District Judge:

After a jury trial of plaintiff’s claims against Chevron Oil Company (Chevron) for negligence under the General Mari time Law, a verdict awarding plaintiff $70,000 damages, reduced by 35% for contributory negligence of the plaintiff, was returned.

The claims of Chevron for recovery over against Pelican Marine Divers, Inc. (Pelican) and its insurer, Canadian Universal Insurance Company (Canadian) and also against Corinth Rentals, Inc.
