ODECO and Cities Service1 seek recall and amendment of our mandate issued pursuant to our decision Cities Service Co. v. Ocean Drilling and Exploration Co., 813 F.2d 679 (5th Cir.1987). Since no directions on remand were made with respect to interest,2 the District Court currently recognizes that it is powerless either to fix interest or reinstate the interest as earlier fixed by the District Court decree of December 16, 1982.
