CAMPBELL, District Judge.
Plaintiff appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant on Plaintiff’s claim that Defendant violated the Americans With Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101, et seq. (“ADA”). Specifically, the district court held that Plaintiff was precluded from showing he was a “qualified individual with a disability” under the ADA because Plaintiff previously made certain representations regarding his disability in an application for Social Security disability benefits.
